About Our Location

This retreat takes place in the wild beauty of Ocotal, on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, one of only five Blue Zones on Earth. A Blue Zone is a region in the world where people live significantly longer and healthier lives.

Here, the Earth is alive, rich with vibrant wildlife, tropical fruit, nourishing waters, and an shakti energy that pulses. The locals live longer and happier not just because of what they eat, but because of how they live, a pure life!

Founder of Sacred Breakthroughs™, multi-award-winning spiritual mentor, and internationally recognized Healer, Natalia has guided thousands of women over the past 20 years to awaken their inner power, embody their feminine essence, and rise into their highest potential.

A born clairvoyant, clairsentient, and highly sensitive soul, Natalia weaves her South American ancestral wisdom with modern transformational tools — including Reiki Mastery, Hypnotherapy, Metaphysical Ministry, Cosmic Sexuality Coaching, and sacred feminine embodiment practices.

Her own journey from trauma to thriving has given her a first-hand understanding of the healing process. She doesn’t just teach transformation — she has lived it. Clarity Barton
​Clarity is a High Priestess, Tantra Teacher, and founder of Awakened Priestess Mystery School, dedicated to empowering women to lead as Healer, Teachers, and Priestesses in their own community. Since 2015, she has held sacred circles, ceremonies, and international retreats that weave together Tantra and feminine wisdom to awaken women’s innate power, sensuality, and spiritual sovereignty.

Initiated into the Shamanic, Tantric, and Sound Healing arts after years of study and travel through India, Central America, and Europe, Clarity blends ancient wisdom with modern soul work. Her spaces are known for their depth, safety, and heart-centered sisterhood — where women are invited to remember who they truly are, melt the walls around their hearts, and embody their unique essence with ease and joy.

Our Ocean-View Villa

Perched high in the emerald hills of Playa Ocotal, Casa Linda is a stunning Colonial-style villa that opens its arms to the Pacific Ocean. Here, sweeping views of the turquoise sea greet you at every turn, and the rhythms of nature set the pace for our days together.

The villa offers spacious, light-filled bedrooms—each with air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, private terrace, and an en-suite bathroom. You’ll have the choice of a shared sister-space or the privacy of your own sanctuary. Every room opens to the ocean breeze, the scent of salt air, and the lullaby of waves below.

Our time will flow between the ocean-facing terrace, the two sparkling swimming pools, and the inviting indoor living spaces. We’ll share nourishing meals al fresco under the sky, lounge by the pool with views that stretch to infinity, and gather in circle as the sun melts into the horizon.

Just minutes away lie some of Guanacaste’s most beautiful beaches and snorkeling spots, perfect for moments of play and exploration.

Casa Linda is a haven of comfort, beauty, and simplicity, designed to honor Costa Rica’s natural elegance. With handcrafted wooden furnishings, local art, and open spaces filled with light, it embodies the spirit of pura vida.

Enjoy vibrant, organic vegetarian meals crafted by Gitte, your health coach and nutritionist, featuring local flavors and superfoods to energize your body and delight your senses.

Sacred Feminine Workshop
Dive deep into feminine embodiment practices, goddess archetypes, or tantric rituals led by Clarity and Natalia. These sessions blend ancient wisdom and modern tools to shake off old armor and reclaim your power.

Hot Springs, Volcanic Mud & Waterfall Experience

Deepen your nature and embodiment experience with an optional day trip to Rincón de la Vieja National Park, a powerful volcanic landscape of mineral-rich waters and lush jungle.

​This excursion offers the opportunity to enjoy a full-body volcanic mud mask, soak and explore, and visit four waterfalls within the national park.

We will leave at 8 PM on Thursday for this optional excursion and return around 4 PM at the villa.

Your $75 investment includes round-trip transportation from the retreat villa, entrance to the national park, and a picnic lunch shared at one of the waterfalls, surrounded by the sounds of flowing water and nature.

Who is this retreat for

If you’ve felt disconnected from your feminine essence — perhaps from living in a predominantly masculine world, this retreat offers a tender invitation to rediscover what embodying your feminine can truly feel like.

How do I get to the retreat?

You can fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). From there, we can help arrange transportation to the villa.

Is transportation included?

Flights and airport transfers are not included in the retreat price. We will help coordinate shared rides for participants from Liberia Airport. Pricing will be confirmed based on group size and whether the cost is per trip or per person.​

Do I need to bring cash?

We recommend bringing some cash in USD or Costa Rican colones for tips, small purchases, and any extra excursions.
