We journey through a 6-week initiation journey to reconnect with our body, sensuality, and life force. Meet Your Guide

Hi there! I'm Clarity, and I'll be your guide on this journey.
I believe that we live in an era of great revealing where humanity is ready and in desperate need to receive the teachings of Tantra and Sacred Sexuality in order to heal its sexual and psychological wounds. For this reason, I created this course with the intention to make the fundamental teachings of Tantra & Sacred Sexuality clear and accessible. My goal is to support my Sisters in integrating these teachings and practices in their everyday life so that they can embody their fullest potential and serve their community and relationships as they learn to love and honor themselves more and more every day. |
My own tumultuous story brought me to seek healing and understanding in the ancient and modern approach to Tantra. In 2015, I begun a training in Tantric Kriya Yoga. Since, I have traveled to India, Thailand, Nicaragua, and the USA and lived in tantric ashrams and tantric communities to learn more deeply the philosophy of Tantra and its devotional and healing rituals.
My favourite Tantra Teachers so far are Diana Richardson and Christopher D. (Hareesh) Wallis. I also had the privilege to learn directly from modern Neo-Tantric teachers such as Dawn Cartwright, Gaia Ma, and Katrina Bos, and classical Tantric Teacher Daniel Odier.
In developing this course, it felt important to me to honor the classical roots of Tantra, to include the practical tools from Neo-Tantra, and also to honor the Divine Feminine, Goddess-based ancient origins of Sacred Sexual practices found in Egypt, Greece and Sumerian Societies.
I also weave in my experience from my Psychotherapy training in the Shadow Work module, my experience as a Yogi for the breathing and asana practices, and my experience as a Divine Feminine Leader to create a safe, inclusive, and transformative space for my sisters.
As a Mystic, I received the message to initiate women into remembering their own power and gifts. According to Tantric teachings, women are naturally tantric. A safe space for them to explore and remember their power is a powerful catalyst for their own evolution. As they remember, others around them are able to drink from the river of wisdom, divine feminine energy and consciousness that overflows from them.
It is an honor to contribute to the great awakening and healing that is happening on the planet as we come together to reveal the truth of who we are and what we are here for.

The Curriculum

Introduction to Tantra & Sacred Sexuality We begin our journey by discovering the formal & hidden history of Tantra, its core philosophy, and ancient & modern lineages. We explore the Tantrika and Sacred Sexual Priestess as archetypes with a powerful role in our psychology, and in ancient & modern societies. |
Module #2
The Alchemy of Feminine & Masculine In this module, we dive deep into Shiva & Shakti as the Feminine & Masculine principles. We reflect on our relationship to them, how to bring them into balance, and unity using tantric practices including chants, prayers, visualization and sacred sexual ritual. |
Module #3
Goddess Kali Goddess Kali famously encapsulates the essence of Tantra. For this reason, we spend some time exploring her iconography and myth. We practice rituals, chants and guided meditations to develop our relationship to the Goddess and receive guidance, purification and blessings from Her. |
Module #4
Personal Tantric Practices Here, we dive deep into tantric practices to awaken life force energy and learn to channel it for healing, regeneration, and manifestation. Through breathing practices, postures, chanting, energy work, self-massage, and other guided techniques, you will be supported in deepening self-knowledge and directly experiencing the teachings of Tantra and sacred sexuality. |

Shadow Work This module introduces the practice of shadow work—its origins, phases, and how it naturally occurs in our lives. We explore key themes within the collective shadow and how they show up in both personal and shared experiences. You will be offered a practical template to consciously engage this transformative process, helping you reclaim hidden gifts and own your personal heroine’s journey. |

Healing with Sacred Sexuality We end our journey with the exploration of sacred sexuality and how it can help us heal from trauma and remove blockages in our energy body with pleasure and presence. Learn how sacred sexual practices such as Yoni Massage and Kashmiri massage help transmute blocked, hidden or suppressed energies into life giving, creative energies. |
