About The Practices

Fire Puja

We will open our weekend adventure with our intentions surrounding a sacred fire to which we will make offerings to bring about purification, blessings and transformation to our journey ahead.

Tantric Breathwork

We will start our day with a standing Osho chakra breathwork and meditation to dynamically clear and activate our energy body.

Conscious Partnership Mastery

This conscious partnership mastery class will give you all the tools to succeed in nourishing a thriving relationship that is based on respect, love, compassion and honoring of one another. 

We will draw teachings from modern relationship psychology, non-violent communication, sociological studies and concepts found in the field of Tantra and self-development to empower you as individuals and as a couple.

Cosmic Breath meditation & Tantric partner yoga

The cosmic breath is a practice to transmute sexual energy and to move it in the upper energy centers for spiritual expansion and throughout the body for healing and rejuvenation of the cells. During our Tantric Partner Yoga practice, we will have the opportunity to practice the cosmic breath together with yoga postures, sacred sounds, and intentions that will invite presence and compassionate connection with our beloved.

kashmiri tantric massage

Kashmiri tantric massage is a ritualized massage to honor the entire being of our beloved with our undivided presence and energetically charged touch. It is a non-sexual healing practice that can be done fully or partially clothed. Presence, breath, sound, touch, and movement help us to honor the other and move energy through our being as we transition through different postures with prayerful intentions.

Sexual chi gong

Sexual Chi Gong is a practice rooted in Taoist traditions aimed at cultivating and circulating sexual energy throughout the body for health, vitality, and spiritual growth.

​Through breath, movement, and mindfulness techniques, practitioners learn to harness the energy of sexual arousal and redirect it to nourish and harmonize the body's energetic system and organs.

​This practice is believed to enhance overall well-being, increase vitality, improve sexual health, and deepen spiritual awareness by awakening and balancing the body's life force energy.

men's & Women's Circles

We will divide the group into men's and women's circles in order to honor the polarity of the masculine and feminine within our relationship and within ourselves before coming together.

If you are in a same sex relationship, one of the partner may wish to join the opposite sex circle to honor the polarity that exist within the relationship or you may wish to both sit in the same circle.

Men's and women's circles are opportunities to discuss sensitive themes and to do practices that are idiosyncratic to each gender.

Tantric Ritual of divin union

We will end our journey together with a beautiful tantric ritual of Divine Union to honor each other as embodiment of Shiva and Shakti, the feminine and masculine principles in Tantra.​
