What is Thai Yoga Massage?

Thai Yoga Massage combines acupressure, assisted stretches and energy healing. Each massage is entirely tailored to the receiver’s needs. Movements are intuitively guided to release the physical and energetic blockages within the body. Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. In addition to relieving the body from muscular tension, Thai Yoga Massage improves the blood flow and the lymphatic circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
